Does anyone else here practice daily meditation?
I think meditation is so important, most people don't understand the benefits of meditation.
We live in a world that promoted constant noise, something always has to be happening, our attention is always on something.
Smart phones, tablets, computers, laptops we're constantly distracted by technology.
Most people think of meditation as boring or think that they wont be able to clear their mind. If you haven't give it a try, even for just five minutes a day, you will be surprised how much it can change you personally.
