Are you a church goer?

I noticed there are families who go every Sunday at the local church, while others go only for big events (Easter, Christmas, baptism etc.). Are you going every week at the church or would you rather go less often?

My Gran used to have a saying which was 'You don't have to go to Church to be a Christian'.

I think that's very true, God knows what's in your heart, when I was a devout Christian, I used to go to Church every Sunday, what I found was, people would act all holier than thou at Church while being totally different outside of Church.

That's all good and fine, we're not meant to judge others, but I'm the type of person who is honest and real. I'm not going to act one way in  church and another at home, but because I was honest the church pretty much condemned me, everyone looked down their nose at me, all because I had a child out of wedlock.

I'm not a Christian any more, I don't adhere to any one religion, I am deeply spiritual and believe in God but not as a man in the sky, Christian or Abrahamic God, I believe God is in all things, is in all of us.

Church to me is in my heart and in my head, I don't need to be in any special building or place to connect to God or the universe, that's my opinion anyway.

Wisdom is knowing how little we truly know.
